The customer accepts and agrees to these rental terms and conditions.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, improper use, failure to lock the bike securely, theft due to negligence, loss of key or charger, water or saltwater damage, or riding outside permitted areas.

The rental company reserves the right to charge for repair costs, replacement parts, labor, transportation, and loss in value in the event of total damage or loss.

The bike must be returned in the same condition as received, including with a charged battery.
